How do I request a vehicle?

Use the inquiry form or call us. Include your dates, preferred vehicle and collection location. We’ll reply with availability and a quote.

Is submitting an inquiry a confirmed booking?

No. Your inquiry starts the conversation. We’ll confirm availability, payment arrangements and the booking details directly with you.

Can you arrange delivery and collection?

Car delivery and collection are offered across Lastovo. Please agree on the location and timing with us. Ask separately about bicycle delivery and any charges.

What is included in a car rental?

Basic vehicle and passenger insurance, unlimited mileage and tax are included. Ask us about the insurance terms and any exclusions before confirming.

Is a security deposit required?

The published car rental terms state that no security deposit is required. The agreed rental amount is payable at collection, taking any advance payment into account.

Is fuel included?

No. Return the car with the same fuel level as when you collected it.

Is an advance payment required?

The published terms specify a 30% advance payment for bookings made ahead of time. Payment instructions are provided when arranging your reservation.

What if I cancel?

The published terms state that the reservation advance is retained if a confirmed car booking is cancelled. Confirm the applicable conditions before paying.

How should I return the car?

Return it clean, with the agreed fuel level, at the arranged time and location.

Can I rent a scooter or bicycle instead?

Yes. Ask us which models and sizes are available for your dates.
